Jennifer Knudsen has designed and managed large-scale institutional projects in which she has embraced Building Information Modeling to facilitate design collaboration between architects and builders. Through her work on Palomar Medical Center, the Phoenix Biomedical Campus and Kaiser Permanente San Diego Central Hospital, Jenna has advocated BIM as both a design and team integration tool. This has been foundational to the firm’s innovative use of BIM, as demonstrated by its receipt of multiple national AIA Technology in Architectural Practice BIM Excellence awards. Jenna joined the firm in 1998 after receiving her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California. She returned in 2004 after earning her Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design at Columbia University.
