KAISER PERMANENTE IRVINE MEDICAL CENTER MOB

The four-story Medical Office BuildingĀ contains an outpatient procedure/surgery center with four operating rooms, an urgent care center, clinic and office space serving primary care physicians, and related diagnostic services including imaging, lab and pharmacy. The building consists of two wings placed at a right angle and connected by a vertical circulation core with elevators. A single-loaded corridor system, flanked by a transparent window wall, connects the wings. The window wall provides natural light and views to the outdoors, and assists patients and visitors with way finding. CO Architects: Design Architect; Taylor: Executive Architect
