CO’s Architecture Discovery Program provides an opportunity for local high school students to gain firsthand insight to the profession of architecture while learning design fundamentals.
In response to the events that took place mid-2020, CO felt the need to broaden diversity and inclusion initiatives to include justice and equity, creating a CO JEDI Task Force. It can no longer be ignored that racism exists, and CO’s mission is to dismantle systemic racism by taking decisive action and empowering marginalized voices.
SoCal NOMA introduced their first Virtual Summer Camp – a three day virtual program with classroom, assignments, exhibits, workshops and presentations. CO Architects participated mentoring minority children in architecture through this three-day virtual classroom.
