The Drucker Graduate Management Center reflects the Drucker School’s importance, maintains a casual quality of building and landscape consistent with the surrounding area, and reinforces the intimate social community that defines the institution’s culture. Administrative offices and lobby are on the first floor, the Dean’s suite and faculty offices on the second floor, and case rooms, classrooms, and breakout rooms on the lower level. A library/study center is expressed as a ‘pavilion in the garden’ and serves as a reception area for social gatherings. The building responds to its site in a sensitive transitional zone of mixed institutional and residential use through its massing and materials.
