It’s official! We’re proud to announce that our Hensel Phelps + CO Architects design-build team was selected to build the new state-of-the-art University of California, Irvine and UCI Health hospital.

Hensel Phelps + CO Architects win UCI Medical Center Irvine

On behalf of the entire design-build team, we’re pleased to announce the Hensel Phelps + CO Architects team has been selected to design and construct the 575,000 square-feet, 114-bed hospital for University of California, Irvine and UCI Health. The project will also include an ambulatory surgery center, a central utility plant and a 1,400-space parking structure.
