Stephen Epstein

Stephen Epstein joined CO as Chief Financial Officer in 2018. He has over 25 years of experience providing leadership, strategic planning, and organizational and behavioral management. Stephen has consulted on ownership transition, practice management and leadership development training. Prior to joining CO, he was a principal with a national firm leading finance, operations, and human resources. Stephen holds a Master of Architecture and a Master of Business Administration, both from Arizona State University.
