Facade Migration: from Mediterranean to Maritime – CO’s Stephen Maher Presents at the University of Oregon

CO's Stephen Maher returned to his alma mater, the University of Oregon, to give a lecture and lead a workshop for Professor Philip Speranza's class on data-informed urban design. In addition to a series of lectures and workshops, this course includes a 10-week summer course in Barcelona that supports hands-on learning.

Stephen helped prepare students for their time abroad by leading a workshop focused on strengthening their design development. He also delivered a lecture titled "Facade Migration: From Mediterranean to Maritime," which explored his work on the facade of UCI Health – Irvine, the new all-electric medical center that is a pioneer in innovative design and sustainability. Through this opportunity, Stephen shared his expertise in technical facade development with the next generation of design professionals.
